De regels van de baas-plek
Wat je koopt, wat het kost, hoe overnemen werkt en wat er gebeurt als iemand jou overneemt.
Wat je koopt
Eén gemeente op de kaart, met jouw logo, titel, omschrijving en link, tot iemand een hoger bedrag betaalt. Bezoekers die op die plaats tikken zien jouw kaartje en kunnen doorklikken naar je link.
Het is een speelse advertentieplek, geen officiële titel. Je koopt zichtbaarheid op een kaart, geen enkele band met de echte gemeente.

Overnemen
Om een bezette plaats over te nemen betaal je minimaal +20% op het vorige bedrag, met een minimum van +€1, afgerond op hele euro's. Dat is de ondergrens.
Je mag hoger bieden dan het minimum, tot €1000. Dat is niet zomaar een optie: hoe hoger jij zit, hoe duurder het voor de volgende wordt om jou eruit te werken.
De prijs wordt altijd op onze server berekend. Een bod onder de ondergrens wordt geweigerd, ook als het formulier iets anders laat zien.
Zo loopt de trap

Dat is de trap wanneer iedereen precies het minimum biedt. Biedt iemand hoger, dan schuift alles daarboven mee omhoog.
Minimaal een uur baas
Ben je net baas geworden, dan kan niemand je het eerste uur overnemen. Zonder die regel zouden twee mensen elkaar per seconde kunnen aflossen en zou niemand de troon ooit zien staan.
Prijsslot van tien minuten
Zodra iemand een betaling start, staat het bedrag voor die plaats tien minuten vast. Een tweede koper ziet in die tijd meteen de trede erboven. Zo kan het niet gebeuren dat twee mensen hetzelfde bedrag betalen, er één verliest en niets terugkrijgt.
Verschil-korting
Was je hier eerder al eens baas, dan betaal je alleen het verschil tussen wat je toen betaalde en het nieuwe bedrag. Terugpakken is dus goedkoper dan opnieuw beginnen.
Wij herkennen je aan een versleutelde afdruk van je e-mailadres, niet aan een account. Je e-mailadres zelf slaan we niet op. Gebruik je een ander e-mailadres, dan kunnen we de korting niet toepassen.
Betaling en eigendom
- Betalen gaat via Mollie, met iDEAL.
- Je plek wordt pas toegekend nadat Mollie de betaling heeft bevestigd. Wij vertrouwen nooit op de link waarmee je terugkeert naar de site.
- Is er te weinig betaald, dan krijg je de plek niet.
- Zodra de betaling rond is, sta je meteen op de kaart.
Geen teruggave
Word je overgenomen, dan krijg je niets terug. Je hebt betaald voor de tijd dat je op de kaart stond, niet voor een plek die van jou blijft. Dit staat ook zo in de voorwaarden, en je bevestigt het vóór het afrekenen.
Inhoud en moderatie
Wat je invult verschijnt direct, zonder controle vooraf. Daar staat tegenover dat wij titel, logo, omschrijving en link kunnen verwijderen wanneer die aanstootgevend of illegaal zijn, of wanneer een rechthebbende zich meldt.
Verwijderen we jouw inhoud, dan krijg je het bedrag niet terug en blijft de prijstrede van die plaats staan. Melden kan via [email protected].
The rules of the boss spot
What you buy, what it costs, how taking over works, and what happens when someone takes over from you.
What you buy
One municipality on the map, carrying your logo, title, description and link, until someone pays a higher amount. Visitors who tap that place see your card and can click through to your link.
This is a playful ad slot, not an official title. You are buying visibility on a map, not any connection to the actual municipality.

Taking over
To take over an occupied place you pay at least +20% on the previous amount, with a minimum of +€1, rounded to whole euros. That is the floor.
You may bid above the minimum, up to €1000. That is not just an option: the higher you sit, the more expensive it becomes for the next person to push you out.
The price is always calculated on our server. A bid below the floor is refused, whatever the form happens to show.

That is the ladder if everyone bids exactly the minimum. If someone bids higher, everything above it moves up with them.
At least an hour as boss
Once you become boss, nobody can take over for the first hour. Without that rule two people could swap every second and nobody would ever see the throne occupied.
A ten-minute price lock
As soon as someone starts a payment, the amount for that place is locked for ten minutes. During that window a second buyer immediately sees the step above. This stops two people paying the same amount, one losing, and getting nothing back.
Difference discount
If you were boss of this place before, you pay only the difference between what you paid then and the new amount. Taking it back is cheaper than starting over.
We recognise you by an encrypted fingerprint of your email address, not by an account. We do not store the address itself. Use a different email address and we cannot apply the discount.
Payment and ownership
- Payment runs through Mollie, using iDEAL.
- Your spot is only granted after Mollie confirms the payment. We never trust the link that returns you to the site.
- If too little was paid, you do not get the spot.
- Once the payment clears, you are on the map straight away.
No refunds
If someone takes over from you, you get nothing back. You paid for the time you were on the map, not for a spot that stays yours. This is also set out in the terms, and you confirm it before checkout.
Content and moderation
What you enter appears immediately, without prior review. In return, we can remove title, logo, description and link where they are offensive or illegal, or when a rights holder comes forward.
If we remove your content, you do not get the amount back and the price step for that place stays where it is. Report anything via [email protected].
